Lipstick collection 2015

Someone once said ‘give a woman the right lipstick and she can conquer the world'. Indeed lipstick is a vital tool in your make up kit. It helps give your makeup an edge and give you a boost of confidence. Changing lipstick from nude to bold can change your look from day to night. For me, lipstick is a must.

So here I am, showing you my whole collection.

Avon’s Color Trend Kiss 'n' Go Lipstick

The pros of this product are that firstly it is rated SPF15; so it keeps you protected from the sun. It has a very moist texture making it so easy to apply. The lipstick is very affordable at £3.75. I got it on a buy one get two free deal which means you get 3 lipsticks for just £3.75. Pretty cool isn’t it? What makes me like it even more is its amazing chocolaty smell. The Lucky Kiss is my favorite shade out of the six others that they offer. If you are looking for a good look for Fall/Autumn season the Lucky Kiss is the one! It also has a little amount of shimmer which gives it an even warmer look. The only disappointing thing I have to say is that the colors on the brochure are slightly different from the actual product but they are still beautiful. Also, it does not stay for that long especially if you like eating and talking a lot like I do. :P

KIOTIS PARIS

Now this brand is a must have!! KIOTIS offers a variety of cosmetics that are made out of Essential Oils and are 100% natural products which are not tested on animals!! It is so hard nowadays to find good cosmetics that are eco friendly and not harmful to our skin. I have the Kiotis lipstick in Raisin, which is a mocha brown shade. It is a great product. It has a moisturized but matte finish. It also lasts long and keeps your lips healthy, plus the shiny purple look of the packaging makes it a very glamorous product. Indeed as the name says it all. This is one lipstick that for really stays for long. The brand offers a variety of shades which all look pretty. Two of my favorites are the No.06 and No.45. They are both red but the No.6 is more of a vibrant red and the No.45 is more of a bloody red. If you want your lips to look sexy and noticeable give them a try. They are available on Ebay for less than $2.

Maybelline COLORSHOW in Red Siren

The Maybelline Colorshow in Red Siren is a bright orange-red lipstick. It has a really fruity smell which I really like. Its creamy texture makes it really easy to apply. However it does not have a long lasting power. I usually have to re apply it after having a bite.

Maybelline Rebel Bouquet in No. 09

The Maybelline Rebel Bouquet REB09 is a cool bright pink toned color lipstick. When applying the lipstick, it glides on really easily because of its buttery texture. As it sets up, it dries onto the lips without being too sticky and it is also smudge proof.

Gemey Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipstick in Autumn Rose 42 and Pink Topaz 52/247

Also I have the Gemey Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipstick in Autumn Rose 42 and Pink Topaz 52/247. I really love them both. They give a soft glossiness and lip balmy kind of effect. If you want your lips to look natural but yet classy with a glimpse of shimmer do give them a try. You can wear these on a daily make up look or at school as it looks natural on the lips and keeps them moisturized throughout the day. PASTEL Day Long Kissproof Lip color

Now onto the Pastel Day Long Kissproof Lip color! This one is my Holy Grail product. It is a dark red color with incredibly high pigmentation. It applies really nicely and dries up to turn into this matte finish without making your lips look dry or patchy. Again its fruity smell is just yummy. It is awesome for winter season and Christmas. It is also the perfect lipstick to wear on a date as it looks very romantic. I just love this one!! However the only issue I have is that it is not quite smudge proof as you think a kissproof lipstick will be.

Pastel Classic lipstick in the shade 132

Another one is the Pastel Classic lipstick in the shade 132. As the name can tell it is a classic red with really good pigmentation. It settles on the lips nicely. The only negative note about this product is its smell. If I want to use this lipstick I will usually apply a coat of the Maybelline Red Siren above that or a transparent fruity lip-gloss to camouflage the smell. While this is only my opinion you might like the smell of it unlike me. Rimmel London

Last but not least is the Rimmel London lipstick in shade 170 called Alarm. This product is beyond gorgeous. I have used this lipstick for couple of years now and never got bored of it. This lipstick is just majestic!! The packaging is of a luxurious prune colour. It gives your lips a sexy look. As you can notice I have lots of red lipstick but this one is my favorite. You can wear this at a soiree or reception and look glamorous but it also works in the day time.
