When you have lots to do and need to rush out the door, you cannot bother to puts tons of makeup on your face. But you still want to look 'put-together' (if you know what I mean). So, here is a really quick and easy makeup look that will take only 5 minutes of your time. Excited? So let's get into it.

Let's start with the base! On regular days, I prefer to use a BB cream. Currently, I am using the Body Shop all-in-one BB cream as it gives a sheer amount of coverage while also moisturising the skin. So no need, to put on moisturiser before using the BB cream. It saves time. However, if you have really dry skin, you might want to use a moisturiser before hand! Since it is a very light cream, i will usually dab it onto my skin using my fingers.

To seal everything in place, I use the Bare Minerals Original foundation powder to give my face a matte finish and also to give a little bit of extra coverage. I normally use the Bare Minerals Kabuki brush that comes with it.

Now onto the eye shadow! For normal days as I am going to uni I like to go minimal onto the eyes but still brighten up the eyes. To achieve this look, I use the Pastel Pro Fashion eyeshadow quad in 203. I use the lightest colour from the palette which is a cream shimmery colour all over my eyelids. I found that it is easier to apply it using my fingers instead of a brush as it is very powdery.

Then I will follow up with mascara. But first I will curl my eyelashes using an eye lash curler. This is my favorite part as it instantly gives my lashes more dimension. For mascara, I am currently using the L' Oreal Volume Million Lashes Excess mascara. It does give more volume and lenghten my lashes but nothing more. Mascara is essential as it makes the eyes pop and look bigger. Some days I just put some mascara on and I'm good to go.

For those who like to add blush on their cheeks, go for it! For an everyday look, I just prefer my look without blush. A pink or peachy blush will really fit for this look, especially in the summer time.

Last but not the least, I will finish up with the Pastel Magic Gloss. This product is just amazing. It is transparent in colour but as you put it on your lips, it gives a tone of pink by enhancing the colour of your lips.

And that is it! Very easy and quick while using affordable products. Hope you enjoyed this blog post and will try this look! Let me know what are your thoughts.
